the tv's are very outdated and need an upgrade

The resort is geared toward families and many activities are planned each week. There are pools in many of the areas within the resort, which makes it earlier to handle the volume of people who stay during busy times. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The wrist band / key locks are a creative and better solution to key cards. The folks who work at Big Kahunas are really pleasant and helpful.
Hot water only worked in the shower. and not in the sinks (in our room). The ducks kept coming up to our patio window and crapping all over the patio, which then we decided not to use (since we got tired of cleaning it off). The room furniture is very old and could use an update. The TV only has basic cable channels. The parking lots are a little too dark in some areas at night.

Smaller resort. Pool open til midnight. Washer and dryer in room.
Dead Cockroaches in room. Dishwasher did not work. No wash clothes in rooms. Going into trash bin in front of building. Water pressure was low and hot water in shower awful.
