Arrived on 10-9-26, we had reserved 2 rooms a Bay View King and a City View Double. The Bay View King (313) was on the 3rd floor the City View Double (404) on the 4th floor. Havy Huggins checked us in, she was friendly, professional and courteous and very informative gave us directions on how to use the digital key( scan versus password) gave us ideas of the restaurants and coupons available. The rooms were spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel itself is nice, location is great if you are planning to go to main street (5th ave S.), tin city, boat rides or even the beach a long walk but doable.

The A/C is not central it is a window unit embeded in the wall below the window. It works well but very noisy throughout the night, it took me a little longer than usual to fall asleep. If you are sensative to noise this is not for you. While we were there no one came to clean or replace towels in room 313 , we came back in the evening the bed was not made and towels were still in the shower floor, tried calling the front desk but phone just wrang busy (Advised Havy in morning during checkout).

Good location and cleanness . Also helpful staff as always.

The changes since my last visit in past November; new parking payment, even when late parking is difficult, very small and poor quality pool towels, no discount for breakfast, no free continental breakfast, no magnifier or makeup mirror in the bathroom ….
