The location was fantastic. Walking distance to most of Old Montreal. Very clean and lovely. Nice shower. Comfortable beds. Nice full kitchen with laundry facilities. The room was exactly like the photos shown.
It was difficult to get in to. First, an outer door with a code. Then an inner door with a code. The first time we tried to get the key from a lockbox next to the room's door, we had to have help from the cleaning woman. It was a hassle each time. Also, massive construction of a building was happening across the street which was very noisy early in the morning and all day.

The location is excellent, right next to Notre-Dame Basilica and Place-d’Armes metro station, which is very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is also spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice living room.
Although the apartment is spacious, it could be better furnished and laid out. It has huge potential to be perfect. We stayed for three nights without any issues, but on our last night, we saw a mouse running through the apartment, which was definitely an unpleasant surprise. After informing the staff, their response was simply, “I’m sorry, the property manager mentioned that rodent treatment is ongoing,” which felt like a very dismissive response.
