It’s not like other Ritz Carlton hotels in Europe. The value for the money is not there and you don’t feel the same kind of hospitality that you may feel at other locations z

The hotel is beautiful and the views are magnificent.
Had asked for 9am housekeeping we only got this once during our stay?
Asked at check in if we could park our car on own. Was told yes but it cost the same as the valet? I talked to one guest by the beach, and they told me they parked on their own and did not pay????

I loved the location if you’re wanting to stay in the North Shore area which I highly recommend. I liked the pools and the views. I like the food at the bar however the service received was not as welcoming as other areas in the resort. I liked the friendly valet staff and reception staff. They have a mini supermarket which is super handy. There were turtles in the lagoon beach however you couldn’t see them unless they surfaced as the water was murky. I enjoyed the experience overall.
The price overall does not meet the quality of the stay. The rooms feel subpar and borderline dated. I wasn’t impressed although the bed was comfortable. The man made lagoon is murky at the best of times. The openness of the resort is not ideal when you’re trekking wet clothes from the pool/ocean throughout the lobby to get to your room - there’s no privacy from the rest of the lobby.
