Location of what I needed was perfect. The price was very reasonable.
It was suppose to be a non smoking facility, but people were smoking marijuana and it permeated the whole floor. The carpets really need to be replaced.

The price was good, and the staff were kind and competent. I requested rooms close to each other through booking and they accommodated me. Linens, towels, bathroom, and sink were clean.
Little bit of a sketchy vibe, a few people loitering outside, just sitting on the ground. Hotel is pretty rough around the edges. Lampshades, walls, and other furniture was dirty. Breakfast was pretty minimal. Comically small tv in my room, mounted very high, with loose cables/cable box.
