The location was perfect for our needs and the price was right. The room was spacious, clean and had the amenities we needed. All our requests were met: first floor, no feathers and no pets recently in the room.
Due to construction the room was difficult to get too. Not their fault!

Good value for the price - very clean, conveniently located, rooms are big, safe area.

Very good quality versus price. The room were very spacious. Staff is really welcoming. And convenient location if you want to go to Detroit.
It’s a Motel - so you are in front of a road which is too be expected. It was not very noisy honestly.

The motel is run by Indian staff. It felt safe, comfortable, and fairly spacious.
The rating doesn’t seem entirely genuine — compared with other hotels and motels in the same area at more reasonable prices, this one feels overrated. I later checked into another nearby hotel that was cheaper, cleaner, and better designed, yet somehow had a lower rating. Quite odd.
