The breakfast was limited and not good especially seeing the amount of the room per night. The best part of the breakfast was the tea.
First, there was a lack of clear communication regarding an incremental fee of $150.00. Furthermore, considering the room rate was $450.00 for the night, it is unreasonable that parking was not included.
The condition and upkeep of the hotel were also highly unsatisfactory:
- The lights in the room were dusty.
- The room temperature was locked at 72 degrees and could not be adjusted.
- A diaper was left on the lobby floor overnight and remained there until check-out.
- A roach was found in my friend's room.
- The rooms were exceptionally small and hot.
Additionally, the king room is advertised to accommodate three guests, but the provided third sleeping option is an uncomfortable bench.
Given these significant issues, I cannot recommend your establishment
