100% sprawdzonych opinii9 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
The staffs at the reception desk were nice and friendly. The room was clean and my kids loved the welcome puppy towel made by Yuliia. The breakfast station was great and spacious. My kids enjoyed the pool and us parents loved the hot tub.
It could have been better if the bathroom door and the cabinet door was not connected or sliding. I mean there must be a nice bathroom door.

Clean and staff were friendly.
Towel animals were strange and hotel decor was dated.

the customer service was ok, i did have access to things like hot water i thought there should be kettles in the room. Also the room was quite small. The fridge in the room wasn't working some of the food we brought got bad. Pictures on the internet was quite different from what the room looks like.
