The staff was nice and assistive.
The broken reading lamp I mentioned already.
The fact that there wasn't a hair dryer in the king bedroom.
And I had to reach down and mess around with the shower drain so it would stop falling down and the tub filling up.

Room and bathroom were very clean. Front desk person was nice enough.
way overpriced for this type of motel. My decision to stay in Utica was last minute so I booked this room because I was very tired and it was late at night. I would not have booked this particular Red Roof Inn if I were making plans in advance. The cost of the room was not commensurate with the accommodations .. perhaps because I stayed here during the summer season?
