I loved the size of the room and especially the view. Everything was comfortable and looked amazing. I would defitnitley recommend this Hyatt location.
The cost for one night was alot and in general. A very nice hotel but at that price point I would expect more and a larger room.

Douglas at the front desk was great! The room, the hotel location, all of the staff was amazing.

Everything! This has been one of the best hotels i’ve stayed at in New York. Walking in they welcome you kindly and are very attentive. The entire design is gorgeous.
There’s nothing i found, this place is exceptional.

Great location. Room was very clean.
We heard everything. From people in the hallways that sounded like they were inside our room. We could hear the tv word for word from the next room. People going in and out of their room. The noises woke us up both nights. We likely won’t stay there again because of that.
