The staff was great allowed me to check in early. And the room was spotless. Everyone was friendly and helpful made me feel welcome. I've stayed in many hotels and this ranks right up there with the best.

The GNI is well maintained and the staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
I don't like the shower heads. Theyre crap. And the water pressure for the shower isn't that great either. Also, the dispensers used for shampoo and body wash don't work well either. Also, last time I stayed there housekeeping didn't refill the shampoo and body wash dispensers they were empty

It was just ok. My room #103 was visually clean, but it smelled like urine towards the corner of room by window. Thought it was the AC, but filters were clean and I sprayed Lysol and nothing. The outside windows were so dirty you couldn’t see clearly. It was very quiet though and staff was nice.
It’s was ok, landscaping needs work.
