The room was very cute and clean. The floor could have used a mopping, but everything else was very clean. The bed was huge and comfy. It had a mini fridge and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very close to the airport and major highways in the area. I had a relaxing stay.
My floor was a little dirty.

My cat, Tuxedo, was welcome, as we moved from NH to WV. If you're traveling with your cat, be sure to bring your cat's "Blankie". I brought his favorite hand-knit throw & he was on it the whole stay!

The greeting
1st room was totally unacceptable. Dirty rust deposits in shower toilet dirty, floors filthy. Move us to another room that was more suitable. Last time there was roaches n once had to redue the room. They had a cleaning crew come back in while we wait. UGH. I don't think I will use this facility again. I been to other red roofs that was great. No compensation and no accountability here.
