We bought our breakfast somewhere elsewhere but the food for lunch and dinner was great. . The waiter was very friendly. The beach was just steps away.
The rooms needed freshening . Sink was cracked and discolored . There was a moldy smell in the room so much so that it transferred to a paperback my wife was reading .

We booked the bungalow and that sense of privacy was incredible! Staying in a cabin but still be in a resort and be able to enjoy everything that they have available is definitely the mix we were looking for!
Bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned during our stay every time the cleaners came up. They would replace everything but didn’t clean the floor that occasionally had rocks from the beach or the shower. Nothing major but also not something you don’t expect them to clean

The staff were wonderful and treated my mom and I like family. Even during the power outage, the staff, as overworked as they were, maintained a positive and cheerful attitude. The setting for the resort along Kaanapali beach is beautiful. Our view from our balcony was incredible. We could watch the beautiful sunsets right from our room.
Wished there was room service and that there was a jacuzzi/hot tub.

Great location and amenities. Comfortable bed.
Staff was less than helpful on multiple locations. Our room did not get cleaned until I asked to call housekeeping. I never received a bill for our stay upon checkout either. I asked twice and it was never sent.
