Housekeeping very polite. And one person in the front desk too. The front desk seemed too informal.
One morning that a homeless got in the hotel, without being noticed. He got inside the same elevator with my wife. She saw him and left the elevator. Then, he just runned outside.
What would have happened if the elevator doors closed??
There was no security personnel around. A very serious problem that needs to be adressed internally.
In the lobby there were several people that were not guests...Then, more security should be present.

The room was comfy. The water pressure was awesome! I loved that there was a stumptown and milk bar and black seed bagel all connected. Location was perfect as well. I liked that there was a full size fridge too.
I wish there was a coffee maker in the room. All we had was a kettle for tea, but I don't think the tea was free even. It was part of the mini bar. There was apparently some live music going on in the lobby one night, and I wish the events and happenings were more clearly communicated because that would have been fun to attend.

location is great, very convenient.
ac in the building is very loud. shower is also cold, you have to let water run for a few minutes to get lukewarm. mattress and pillows are very soft, not supportive.
