Beautiful location!

The Bertie view from our window was a concrete wall, as we were on the pool side.

The view was amazing to wake up to, rooms are nice and spacious! Beds are comfy as well 😊 staff were friendly and helpful

That we only were passing through and couldn't stay longer

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The balcony was very dirty with dead bugs, concerns and dirt. The insides of the windows were also very dirty and had dead bugs all over the tracks of the windows. There were large, old cobwebs in the corners of the rooms. There was a lot of dust on surfaces. There was white stain on the side of the box spring of one of the beds. I'm hoping the beds were truly clean. They seemed so. You could see daylight between the door and door jam to the balcony and I had to kill a couple of mosquitos. I had not opened the balcony for several hours before that. There was a pink liquid stain on the edge of the bathtub. The lobby has an old building odor and the hallways were very dark and smelly also.
