I cannot say enough positive things about this place! Literally everything exceeded my expectations!

Great location, lovely premises and room! Stayed here twice during our trip and just loved it. Lots of parking outside, walking distance into the town. Nice spacious bedrooms and living area

Nothing- it’s great!

The main building we stayed in (with the reception, dining and lounging amenities) is a beautifully maintained Craftsman style B&B. Our son stayed in a room in the Blackbird property across from it and the parking courtyard, which was a gorgeous Victorian style building. Both rooms were spacious, furnished with appropriate period/style furnishings, were appointed with gorgeous bedding and other accessories and lighting, and had thoroughly updated bathrooms. The room my husband and I stayed in a room that had a private patio with chair and lounge chair seating, a bubbly fountain, and a beautiful garden area. It could be accessed by the parking area without having to go through the reception area. The property is well-located at the corner of First and Jefferson streets, which made it easy to go into the downtown Napa area for restaurants and shopping. The management and staff were responsive and gracious, and kept in contact by text. The rooms were spotlessly and the daily cleaning was perfectly executed and refreshed the rooms. Loved the black velour towelettes for makeup removal. So thoughtful and smart. We really appreciated the daily mini breakfast, the free cookies and 24 hour available beverages, and the evening wine, cheese and charcuterie service. Delicious! We will certainly book and stay there again, and look forward to it.

A mini fridge in the room would be helpful, but we understand that it may not fit the character of this property. Also, breakfast could be simpler if there was a chafing dish with the days’ service so that guests can pick what they would like and the staff does not have to make up individual plates and deliver to the dining/lounge area.

Located on two busy streets with double-hung windows that don't really keep out the sound. Breakfast plate served covered in cling wrap.
