Spark by Hilton Indianapolis Northeast Fishers

My cousins and I visitors this property because we were attending a concert at Ruoff music center. I requested an early check in so that we would have time to get ready before the concert. The hotel staff accommodated that amazingly! Once we checked in I received a text stating they would gladly help with anything possible if we needed and introduced themselves and said they were only one text away. We had plenty of time to rest and get ready before heading out to the concert. While we were at the concert we were planning on our night once we got back to our hotel room. While at the concert we decided we wanted to end our night in bed with hot chocolate. I texted the number from earlier asking if they had hot chocolate in the rooms with the coffee bars or in the convenience store near the front desk they responded quickly with we will have some hot chocolate at the front desk within the hour for you to pick up! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my cousins and I had Ana amazing stay. If you’re ever looking for a hotel in the area I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We loved absolutely everything.

Mattress was on the hard side

Very nice and clean

Was in good condition

Good location with shops and food options nearby; friendly staff; spacious room. Breakfast options were limited but it was still nice to have something in the morning.

The biggest disappointment was the value. The hotel was too expensive for the quality and amenities provided. At this price point, we expected better. Also, our bathroom door and the room floor were sticky - they looked clean, so I think they just didn't delute their cleaning solution. It was just odd.
