Perfect location short step from beach, Boardwalk & Wharf, clean, quiet & wonderful staff.
Location, staff & nice clean rooms
9 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and clean and overlooked the swimming pool and spa, which provided a very pleasant outlook. We appreciated the ice machines and guest laundry facilities on site. The hotel's location is an easy walk to the Santa Cruz wharf and waterfront.
Am I just being picky? But I did not like having the washbasin in the room. This is a minor dislike, and didn't detract majorly from the overall experience.

Asked to pay $25 for early checkin.

Thhe location is very good.
The sink needed fixing. The shutters needs fixing. The elevator motor can be heard from the room every time it is used.
