The wall a/c heat system was loud when in use.

This place is a motel - various units with the doors opening to the parking. The bed was very comfortable. The location (About 15 minutes south of Plymouth) was good if you have a car, which we did. The price was more affordable than places nearer to Plymouth. The place was clean but there was a minor smell of mildew. We had coffee and breakfast at a wonderful place right across the road. Coffee maker, small fridge in the room. The pizza place nearby has lots of other options on the menu and is a good place if you need a simple dinner.

Smell of mildew. Tiny bathroom with a very tiny shower. No room for toiletries. The room needs additional shades, not just curtains, because there's a big window to the world right next to the bed and there's a light all night. Walls are thin - a wedding party returned late at night and were very loud.
