Our initial room would not cool down due to an air conditioning problem, however, the manager found us an exact same size suite where the air conditioning worked perfectly on an unusually hot day in MT. The suite had 2 TV's, a regular size coffee maker (way nicer than these k-cup/single shot things), cook ware, plates, cups, utensils, microwave, and refer/freezer which always works great when traveling. The bed was comfortable too. Breakfast was much better than most free breakfast offerings at other motel/hotels.
Wish we didn't have to change rooms, but it was corrected quickly with a smile. My other issue is the use of TINY and way too low to the ground toilets. These things should be OUTLAWED for two reasons. It's dangerous trying to lower yourself onto them and if you are a normal MALE it is unsanitary for obvious reasons. Normal males should demand a regular size toilet because you DON'T fit (OK for short women). If they're not replaced we will need to stay elsewhere next time.

We love the suite design and the breakfast. Great pet policy.
It’s beginning to look rundown. The fireplace was not on (I often use the lobby when traveling), the juice machine was broken, we couldn’t use the pool because it was being drained (probably can’t be helped but disappointing). There was a burn mark on our carpet, lots of little dings that need attention.
