The location was incredible. The view phenomenal. The history of this grand old lady of Waikiki was an unexpected discovery too!!
Sometimes had to chase up house keeping about room supplies. But as soon as you called they brought the supplies to your room immediately.

Dining on the large veranda was wonderful. The hotel is 125 years old with classic charm.
Our room in the older section was on the small side.

The location was great and the local history of the hotel was special
For the price of the rooms, they are small. And, we noticed a mold odor. Furthermore, guests are forced to eat an expensive buffet breakfast with no other dining options available other than the pool snack outlet. Resort fee is a bit over the top since there are no amenities unique to this hotel that would warrant the fees.

Location was good. However the type of room we booked was not available and they simply gave us a few breakfast coupons not happy!
