The Location and charm.
That I had to go home.

Buffet was good, but juice should have been an option.
À la carte should have been an option.

We felt like we were staying in a top grand hotel in Europe. A extremely comfortable bed, top linens, spacious room with Mountain View. We enjoyed breakfast and especially the location. Jackson is one of our favorite towns in NH and a great area to explore.

Beautiful setting
Rude manager. Excellent wait staff and desk help aside from unhelpful and inhospitable front desk manager.
