Alexis Inn and Suites Hotel

Clean and safe

Na

Even though I didn't take advantage of the amenities, It was good to know they were available (wi-fi, breakfast, etc.)

My toilet got stopped up and I had to go to the front desk and get a plunger to unclog it myself. It was around 5:30pm but I guess no one was available at that time to come and do it.

Affordable. Staff was so friendly. The breakfast was so yummy.

Thin walls made it a little noisy.

Convenient, right off the highway and accessible during our long trip.

One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because it included breakfast. It was supposed to start at 6:30am. So we planned to eat and leave at 7 to continue our long drive. But the breakfast wasn’t open at 6:30. We waited til 6:50 and it still wasn’t open. So we left and had to get breakfast somewhere else. Which cost us time and additional money. If you say it starts at 6:30 then the employees responsible should be arriving in time to get it set up.
