Wonderful staff, incredible building heritage and provenance, perfect setting for a pirate adventure (and frequent visits to Lafitte's Blacksmith Shop).
Minor plumbing issue (not surprising in a building that dates back to the 18th century), solved by staff quickly.

Courtyard nicely done... rooms are fresh & clean .... reception area welcoming ... staff were above excellent in so many ways!!
Pillows were phenomenal!!
We weren't warned that we had to take our luggage up 3.5 stories by stairs... would have otherwise asked for lower floor.
Although we loved that a small fridge was provided, its thermostat was non-existent, so cooled our food only a little.

Incredible location at a very affordable price. We have stayed three times before snd particularly appreciate the nearby parking area.
Lovely courtyard and welcoming staff.
It wasn't an issue to us (and the staff always offer to help) but the stairs snd lack of elevator could be an issue to some.

Close to many places and kind staff
1. Toilet took a lot to fill and flush
2. Bathroom was dirty and not fully cleaned
3. Ac only went to 73 and won’t go lower
4. Tv volume didn’t work at all
