Food was very good. Neighborhood did not feel safe with quite a few homeless approaching us every day for money. Stores had security guards and items locked in cases which added to the feeling of anxiety and fear.
The receptionist at the hotel during the day was argumentative and not helpful nor empathetic.

The gentleman that checked us in had us waiting 17 minutes for him to finally come to the desk to check us in. Then he was short with us when we asked questions and just rude. I told him he was rude and he just looked at me. Then we ended up having to change rooms at 10:30 that night because our AC did not work.
The location and the valet service was excellent.

Staff very nice and accommodating
Very outdated decor. Furniture, flooring shoud have been updated years ago. The electronic hook-ups so outdated they still have phone line outlets to accommodate dial up internet.
