Argosy Casino & Hotel

Facility was clean and we had a fun time in casino. Food was good in the sports bar. Location was easy to fine and close to other things we had planned.

A little pricey per night. No breakfast available until 11am

Grand,modern.clean and inviting.

Nothing.

The room was fairly nice. The size of the shower was awesome. The bathroom and room in general were a nice size. The overall facility (hallways and elevators) were clean.

The pillows were so thin that i had to go buy myself a pillow so i had support. The mattress was not comfy either. The shower was a bit mildewed and in need of some care. You could smell the casino as soon as you walked into the hotel check in area. The smoke was very strong. We easily heard the talking of the people in the room next to us. I've never seen walls so thinly insulated! The parking was not that close to the entry and we always had to enter by the check in desk.

good presentation, when i checked in the guy was not very friendly but the rest of the staff was very helpful. i asked someone for directions and the gladly helped and there was another person in the casino that was very friendly and helpful when i asked a question, they have plenty of options for parking, the tv had live tv, the curtains were room darkening, there was a bench in the shower and they provided big bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash

on my booking it said it would be a river view room but it wasnt, the bathroom doors do not touch when you shut them so there's a gap that people can see you showering through, the shower was tricky to figure out and the water didnt get too hot, the room didnt have a microwave
