I liked the cleanliness of the property, and the staff was very friendly .
Had to ask for towels every day , the breakfast was very disappointing .
The pool and area around it needed some attention. The pool was green and they closed at mid week. It was 99° every day we were there..

stayed before and hotel been modernised since and still undergoing decorating - rooms lovely modern and large with extra sitting area -and breakfast area good size all open plan with reception
breakfast good and varied options
shuttle bus for 15 dollars return to broadway - free to mall and opry - we like the area and would tay again if returned to nashville.
air con didnt work one day but we were checking out the next day - informed staff who sent to maintence but they couldnt rectify why we were there

Friendly staff and location is great
The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest.
The TV would only work half the time.
The room smelt like they left the laundry in the washer for too long .
