The front desk at the hotel helped straighten out a mistake made by Booking.com. They were very helpful.
I contacted Booking.com because somehow I got double-booked into this hotel, and they said they sent information to the hotel to straighten out the matter. I asked twice at the hotel if they have not received anything about the double booking or anything about a cancellation for one of the bookings, which somebody told me that only Booking.com could fix. I will never use Booking.com again.
