Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando International Airport by IHG

The breakfast was great, there was a variety and it was very tasty. I also loved that there is complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and cream. Also if you didn't bring a toothbrush, Toothpaste, comb you could call reception and get a complimentary one (I didn't need anything but I love that if I had forgotten mines I could of gotten one).The location is on the #42 link which is very convenient and is a plus if you're on a budget and want to get around, Florida Mall, Wonderware, premium outlets etc.

The room lighting was a bit dark I would of preferred brighter lighting but all in all it was great.

I hope you can trace back to the front manager that was working when I arrived approximately between 530 and six last evening. She was outstanding! Went above and beyond for not only me but a number of guests that were checking in her personality was pleasant. She was very eager to help. I was very impressed with her professionalism and her desire to make any and all comfortable.

There were some confusion with shuttle - we were waiting it for too long. And you cant call for it from booking, you need to call hotel for by a phone.

Room was adequate. Standard hotel room.

I needed up paying 2x what I booked for the room
