Shuttlle service was great. i think the name is Arnold. i saw on the plack an older gentleman.
Front desk older lady super nice and helpful..
The room was spacious and clean, had all the essential, perfect
Breakfast included just the basics it was good.

We thought may the male bald front desk agent attitude changed after we arrived from our cruise.. nope, still the same.. still not friendly, we arrived early from the cruise we asked if maybe theirs a room we could pay just to put our stuff he said nooo.. we asked to hold the bags that were ok, he put them behind the desk, didn't give us any tickets, just the case.. as i experience it from the older lady pre cruise date.. check-out date i said good morning, not even answer..

Bed comfortable and for my use was perfect the position: walking distance to my house
Elevator super slow. Breakfast very limited and not good . Over pricing .
Staff in the evening shift very not so good.
Paying for permit parking.
Limited towels for a stays or 3 nights.
