Location to Rutgers is great. Great shower pressure and lots of hot water. Lady at desk was so nice.

Water ran on the floor during the showers. Towel rack fell off the wall, was able to but back on. Asked for a copy of bill when checking out and the young girl told me “since I booked the room through a third party get the receipt from them.” Not very good customer service.

I enjoyed the aroma as soon as I stepped in. I am very very big on that. The aesthetic at the front from the entrance to the desk was great and like the color Hallway smell, lighting and cleanliness was great. Loved the room I booked. Wished I stayed longer.

The room was great. Nice size and fully equipped. This was my second stay in piscataway nj but I wanted to try a different hotel and I wasn't disappointed. And the prices were more than comparable

Although the room itself was great , there were minor issues. There was a used toothpick on the floor , and some type of hard substances on the longer part of the desk, almost like candle wax that couldn't be removed. Maybe minor issues, but makes me think the room wasn't vacuumed before I arrived. I gave a 👎🏾 for the staff but it was only one person who deserves that rating. I checked in Aug 30th maybe 1 am and the woman behind the desk was RUDE. She made me wait before checking me in, was nasty when talking to me and answering my questions, and didn't even respond when I said goodnight. Horrible people skills. To compare, the woman that was there when I checked out, was the complete opposite. So nice, so I know not all the staff is bad, and my ☹️ is only for that woman who checked me in

The room size was good.

Not enough amenities at this hotel. Coffee but no tea available. No water bottle in the room. When compared to similar hotels, this was not as good.
