Delta Hotels by Marriott Norfolk Airport

Close to Airport. Room was clean and sheets were pressed.

They charged $10 per night to park in a huge lot. Seemed petty to me with so much space!

. Waitress was wonderful!!!!

Food was terrible.

Breakfast was good n we had access to the snack room at night n in the morning

Outdated room. It looks like only the furniture has been changed. Old and loud AC. Loud fridge. Found hair in bathroom. Wall paper peeling off the wall. Black stuff between tiles and in corners of the bathroom floor. Stains on the desk chair. Floor feels sticky. How is this a 4-star hotel? The common areas are ok but the rooms need full renovation! The pool was closed. One of the elevators didn’t work. Loud traffic right outside the room. Parking is extra ($10/night). This hotel is not worth the money! I am a Mariott member and stayed at many Mariotts but this is the first time I was disappointed.
