Delta Hotels by Marriott™ Virginia Beach Waterfront Suites

The location was perfect for our stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The weather was not ideal, but the location was perfect. You can view beautiful sunsets from this location.

Housekeeping didn't hit our room for the days we were there. We left our room at 11am each day and that appeared to be after housekeeping was completed. We were on vacation and not in a hurry. I had to request towels twice before we got any.

I loved view, the space, the price was also great.

In the bathroom the sliding door pole have some rust. That was the only thing. Other then that the room was great.

The facility was very nice and relaxing I love the beach front access. The pool also stay open until 10pm which is was a plus for the kids

The room had a great view of the ocean. The room was spacious and the bed room was huge.

The cleanliness was not up to par for the Hilton. Housekeeping showed up 2 out of 3 days. I had to go down stairs to request for extra towels. Upon arrive the parking lot did not have any parking spaces. I was told I would get help with this. I was provided a parking pass to park in the back of the hotel. Not once was I given told it would be a charge and I was not provided the option to accept or decline. I received my bill at checkout and went down stairs to discuss the matter. I was told that parking was part of the bill and I would have to pay. This was a scam and I will never stay at this hotel again.
