Holiday Inn Corpus Christi Arpt & Conf Ctr by IHG

Booked because of location to the airport and free transportation. The amenities were outstanding. Glad I chose this spot to stay!

The staff were super friendly, and very helpful with information about the city.

There was a lot of shifting cracks in the ceiling. There were dents in the walls in hallways.

The location and the rate.

The tub from my bathroom had a clogged taking the water forever to drain.

The concierge Jesse I believe that was his name was SUPER! He was very knowledgeable of his job and of the area. He made the check-in process very easy and it was nice talking with him. I would say that he was a great experience.

We did not like the fact that when we woke up in the morning, there were roaches on the table as well as the walls. We were very taken back by that as the room did appear to look clean. It was the thought that we bought takeout for a night in, and ate in there not fully knowing if the room was clean. I really hated to even mention this since this was a nice hotel, but I do read reviews and make my decisions based on reviews. I hope you get this taken care of, I really think there are great qualities of this hotel. This was literally the only issue.
