It was clean and staff was friendly. When I needed to extend my stay, they were able to accommodate me by letting me stay in the same room.

I liked that it was close to the freeway and it had plenty of parking.

Location to where my meetings were at was convenient

Upon arrival , the suite I paid for had sewage backup. After I called front desk, the only option I had was wait for it to be cleaned to . The smell was too much to bear, they downgraded my room from king suite room to a smaller room. The front desk waived 20 dollar breakfast charge but no return of price difference of the room I booked to where I stayed was offered.
