Typical breakfast for hotels. Very nice.
Room: VERY nice and clean and new looking. Very comfortable.
Location: A little deceiving from the pictures on line. Ocean view blocked by tall Sea Colony condos and the also block direct beach access.
That the hotel was blocked form the beach by Sea Colony condos and you couldn't go through to get to the beach. Maybe you could make some kind of agreement with sea colony so guests could go through the property to bet to the beach. - even a limited small walkway would be good.

Breakfast was very nice. I brought my dog as they are a pet friendly hotel. I just came in to get coffee and sat at a table
Just to fix my coffee and one of the workers sharply said to me “ you can’t sit in here with the dog!!!” You can sit outside . I said “
Oh I was just fixing my coffee. And she said well he can’t stay in here ! I said ok I am leaving!
There was no towel service or maid service . But if you needed extra towels you could get them from the front desk. I have never been to a hotel that did that , it just caught me off guard. It just didn’t seem like anyone was very happy ( employees)
