Best Western Pasadena Royale Inn & Suites

Had an elevator, I appreciate the parking was free.

Parking spaces were very tight. Food was okay, could have been warmer, and there needs to be ice machines on each floor.

Quiet room with good AC. Location was ideal - close proximity to our son's home. Breakfast space was comfortable and spacious. Room was clean and comfortable .

The bathroom towels were a little thin. The pool towels were far more absorbent. The daytime work on the railings was noisy.

Location was great. It was very quiet and relaxing. Pool was great. The breakfast was great! Overall great stay

I liked that it was close to downtown Pasadena and the area is quiet.

I didn’t like the very compact sized parking lot, it was not big enough and the spaces are tight and it causes a lot of cars to park over the lines and doesn’t leave enough space for all the cars. Then they block off plenty of spaces that could be used for the patrons. Also very scratchy towels, bring your own! The beds are okay, pillows are uncomfortable, showers were decent but pink mold lining up around the door frame and vents are not cleaned out.
