Holiday Inn Express Suites Little Rock West by IHG

I have stayed here often. However, every subsequent visit, the rooms have been dirtier, particularly the bathrooms. At times I have questioned whether or not they had been cleaned at all prior to my stay aside from the towels being changed out. On the subject of towels, my towels have had holes my last two visits and had dark hairs embedded into them. At a certain point, they should be thrown away. The check in staff is rarely at the front desk. I have had to call them to come check me in on three different occasions after waiting at an empty front desk for several minutes. I come through Little Rock around 8 times per year and will try staying somewhere else from now on.

Excellent breakfast, clean, quiet, modern

GREAT staff, clean updated environment and the breakfast was good. LaShondra went above and beyond her job duties. She is a definite asset to your company.

Bed was comfortable

There was blood on the sheets and comforter. Told front desk they said sorry but nothing else
