The suite approach with the mini kitchen was very nice. I very much appreciated the large work desk. I travel with an additional computer monitor and had plenty of room to get my work done. Incredible value for travellers.

Excellent price and they accept pets. Everyone is super friendly. Great location and close to UAH.

They do not offer breakfast, but that’s ok because it is a great price.

Everything. The workers are so respectful and helpful. They have a gym, free laundry, it’s quiet, it’s one of the cleanest spots I ever stayed in. It comes with all kitchen utensils as in plates, silverware, cups, etc. I would definitely recommend. Ask for Marion if possible, I believe he is the GM but he is so helpful and made me feel comfortable soon as I walked in and I moved here out of state. Don’t be fooled anywhere else, come stay at Sonesta!

Nothing. Everything was perfect. Prices could be a little lower but price is worth it.

We had lots if issues this time. I booked two 1-bedroom suites at least 6 days in advance. At the time there were many of those rooms available. I let them know we would not be in until 8:00 p.m. At 5:00 pm the day of check in they call me and tell me they do not have 1-bedroom suites available, so they are putting us in a regular room for 1 night. I was not happy and they came up with a 1-bedroom suite, but it was right next to the stairs on the second floor, that door gets a lot of use. When I booked my stay, I requested not to be put next to the stairs. We were there first around 8:00 pm and told they could not find a cart to help us move all our items into the room, that other guest must have them in their rooms. We had a lot of items including food. The couple traveling with us was put into a regular room and told a 1-bedroom suite would be available the next day and they would be move to that room. We confirmed with 3 people that they would be moved, over the phone, when we checked in, and they checked in later that night and confirmed. The next morning, they were told by the morning person that he did not know anything about this. They had to push him to contact someone that could straighten this out, about an hour later they were given a 1-bedroom suite, but no one could help them move and they had to be out of the regular room that morning. We had golf tee times and the couple traveling with us were late and close to not being able to play. In our room I sat in the recliner and opened it and lots of old cereal fell out. The pull-out couch was the same, opened it and filled with crumbs and dirt. I emailed booking.com several time at several emails and not one reached out to us. It appears that when we book with booking.com we get the lesser rooms, locations and bumped out of our rooms. Sonesta or booking.com sent an email asking if we wanted to pay $10.00 more per day to upgrade – if we don’t purchase that upgrade does that mean we get the
