Location
Pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

Haley at the front desk saved the day and we really appreciate all her extra effort to get things straightened out after pur 3rd party reservation didn't work.
Big Joe hustled and got the room's A/C cool enough to help my wife during her hot flashes. This made a world of difference and we really appreciate it.

My wife and I stay at this hotel every time we stay in Tulsa. It's always clean and the staff are always friendly. The location is perfect, as it is near most things that we do. The area near by has grown too, including nice places to shop and eat.
The mattress in room 345 is on it's last leg. We still slept well, but there is a noticeable sag in it. I don't know what the life of a hotel mattress is, but this one is in it's twilight year.
