Hampton Inn Rutland/Killington

Location was perfect. Lots to do in Rutland. Short drive to Woodstock, a quaint town full of shops and fun places to eat. The free breakfast was very good with lots of options with a free bottle of water. The gentleman who checked us in was very personable and professional.

Room was very comfortable, clean, and roomy. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was excellent compared to other hotels we've stayed at.

I always stay there when I go to VT to visit my mom. I’ve never had any issues until this time.

The room hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty towel were left under the sink vanity, the bathtub/shower had someone else’s hair everywhere. The bathroom floor along with the entrance had not been swept or vacuumed. The sink had toothpaste in it and the mirror was dirty and the toilet paper roll was almost empty. I would’ve addressed the issues promptly if I had seen the issues when I first checked in and went into the bathroom but hadn’t gotten to my room super late from visiting my mom in the rehabilitation home and my brother. After a 5 1/2 hour drive the only thing I wanted was a hot shower to clean up and a good nights sleep. I had to clean the shower before I could use it. I’m Very disappointed. I expected more.. Especially when I paid over $200 for one night.
