The breakfast host was so attentive and kept the area well stocked and clean. The food just felt above the rest.

Paying a $50 accidental deposit before my stay and then being told it takes 5-7 business days before it goes back into my account.

The room was clean and the location was very convenient.
I paid extra for a king sized bed and was given a room with two queens or full's. The people above our room were bouncing and jumping around all hours of the day and night. Someone knocked on our door several times and no one was there. The TV is small and quite underwhelming for the cost of the room. No, I did not travel there just to watch TV, but in the evenings to unwind it would have been nice. The toilet didn't flush well.
