Holiday Inn Express Philadelphia NE - Langhorne by IHG

Staff was very friendly. Room was quiet.

Not able to walk to a restaurant or convenience store.

Room was the perfect size. Everything was neat and clean. Breakfast was delicious.

No complaints

I was just disappointed because for the price I paid, 276$ I had breakfast included …. The next morning I was told the grill or something wasn’t working so there was no normal breakfast liked that was planned… I wish I would of got back like at least the 76$ of the 276$ for that…

The included breakfast that never happened…

Central to where we needed to be- easy to get to

Walking into the hotel seemed a little sketchy and we weren’t sure if we were even walking in the correct entrance. There was also a very disoriented and inebriated woman sitting at the entrance on the bench smoking a cigarette, in possibly what looked like it was a bathing suit, who looked like she didn’t know where she was. The room was fine, however the bed was super uncomfortable and hard to sleep in and the pillows, too. It probably would be a good idea to update it a little bit to make it a better stay overall.
