Location - room was clean - staff was friendly and helpful
To few carts to get belongings to and from room - my daughter made several trips to bring our belongings to and from room I pointed out to staff people in lobby with carts chatting picture included) and tying them up when others needed them. I did see they were hosting a college reunion in lobby area - no housekeeping we were there 2 nights our room wasn’t touched

The facility was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for our trip. Staff at the front desk were friendly. The restaurant was convenient to go for breakfast.
The restaurant breakfast was expensive for a simple buffet that was marginally better than other hotel free breakfasts. The room could have used another chair in addition to the desk chair.

Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Complimentary water bottles were nice when I checked into the room.
Hair was left in shower. Not clean.
