The hotel is extremely convenient to downtown and the SNHU Arena (we went to Manchester for a show). They have a covered garage which was perfect because of the bad weather. And breakfast was included, which was great!
There was what appeared to be a cigarette burn on the sofa in our room. Maybe it was caused from something else but it looked like a burn or stain. Not what you want to see in a hotel room. Otherwise it was nice and comfortable.

Honestly, there was nothing that we liked about it
Pretty much everything. Starting with having to walk forever to get from the parking garage to the elevators by the front desk, especially for someone who has a very difficult time standing or walking long. The beds were uncomfortable, the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Then it was a huge disappointment to have to pay $57 for breakfast for 2 with a crappy buffet where you get milky watery eggs. For paying over $300 for one night, was definitely not worth it.
