Holiday Inn Express Houston-Alvin by IHG

Breakfast was great. The staff was great....very helpful and friendly. The total staff of this hotel was outstanding. I was here on October 9 and left on October 11. The staff working on those days get my highest praise.

I was in a handicap room. The toilet should have been taller for handicapped people. A person who has problems with their legs would not be able to get up from the toilet. Also, whose idea was it to have a shower head installed 7 feet high? At least have an attachable hose with a shower head so a handicapped person could use it. A bench or seat would be a safety factor for someone with weak legs. Had it not been for the bathroom I would have scored my stay a 95!

It was a nice facility

Everything was nice, breakfast was good

There was a mix up during check in, but it cleared up the next morning.

The elevator! It sounds like it’s going to fall or get stuck.

Location

I was not aware the pool was under maintenance
