Crowne Plaza Englewood by IHG

Location

Understaffed at front desk

Front desk staff was exceptionally pleasant. James @ the Sini Restaurant was also exceptional in his service. Simply a great guy. Take care my friend. Location was sneaky good. Nice & quiet with a few hidden gems near by. Quick access via route4. The bed was absolutely amazingly comfortable. Slept like a baby.

Room service was nonexistent the whole time in regards to house keeping. Had to call every day for fresh towels and trash removal. Water pressure for shower was lacking. Carpet definitely needed cleaning. The worst tv functions I’d ever seen where you couldn’t figure out what channels were what cause there was no listing and Netflix didn’t work either or any other streaming service. Oh and it would have been nice to put a notice on your website that hotel is getting a facelift as a common courtesy to guest.. that was a little disrespectful with all the noise and debris everywhere

room at end of hallway peaceful area we did not have a view, but it was very comfortable.
