Great location, the room was spacious and it was pet friendly. It met all our needs for our overnight stay.

Confusing entrance to the property

It always felt damp, but that could just have been Pensacola weather or humidity.

The staff was very friendly. The location was good for me. Close to the interstate and family. It was better than being at home after hurricane isahias and not having any power. I liked that the shower had two functional doors and not just one. Water pressure was excellent.

I booked a king room with a pullout bed to accommodate my family of four. There were no pillows, sheets, or blankets in the room for the sofa bed. We were eventually given sheets and blankets but never pillows so my husband and I both had to give one of our pillows to our kids and the pillows are already thin and uncomfortable. There was hair all over the shower and on one of the towels. There was no cable and it wasn't disclosed before booking. The room was kind of dated and didn't seem like it was given a thorough cleaning.
