100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·wrz 2026
The evening male staff member who checked me in and the AM female staff member were superb. Both helped me as I made changes to my reservation to accommodate a friend with accessibility issues. The AM staff person offered an upgrade that made the stay much more comfortable and relaxing. Both seemed to sincerely want to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I definitely would stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast was great and staff was very freindly. Especially love the warm cinnamon rolls and that you had peanut butter and cream cheese for my bagel. Also, lots of fresh fruit (apples and bananas) for us! Most of the time we are not able to get a banana due to the fact the hotels don't keep enough on hand and they run out.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The lounge area had various options for relaxed seating. The breakfast area was well organized and maintained. Fresh ground coffee was an unexpected bonus. They offered a variety of food and beverages for purchase. The staff were helpful and accommodating. My room was spacious, cozy, and clean.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like that the hotel staff could control (other guests were rather loud at times but not to the point of warranting a complaint).

WiFi was unreliable and difficult to connect to. The "nonpassword" did not work consistently.
Also the bed was too springy.
