Front desk lady was very rude

It was in a centralized location for our trip. Beds were comfortable.

The front desk was rude to the elderly couple in front of us. She mumbled and was hard to understand when we checked in. I'd rather be checked in by a robot.

I took grandkids school shopping just like I do every year! Location is good! I left my necklace with my son‘s ashes in my locket on the nightstand. I called the gentleman at the front desk. He found it and sent it right out to me A+ for your worker.

Mattresses need an update and pillows!

The facility was nice and fairly clean

There was no breakfast included. Had to be purchased. We were not told any of this information and had to figure it all out on our own. Apparently we were supposed to get “kids eat free” coupons for the restaurant attached and we also didn’t find that out until after we ate there. The people working at the front desk did not give us the coupons upon our arrival. Just felt like there was a lot we weren’t informed of during our stay (perks, dinner, breakfast,etc).
